Batesburg-Leesville, SC - All Lexington Three returning students in grades K4 through grade 12 and all new K4 and K5 students who enrolled at B-L Primary on May 4 should attend Fee Collection/Schedule Pick Up Day on Thursday, August 4 from 8 a.m. until 1 p.m. and 3 p.m. until 7 p.m. at Batesburg-Leesville High School. Students and parents will have the opportunity to pay their school fees (if applicable) as well as pay lunch fees (if applicable), pick up their schedules for the 2016-17 school year, and receive bus route numbers and times for pick up (if applicable). Batesburg-Leesville Panther Athletic Booster Club and the B-L High Band Boosters will have spirit items and apparel for sale during the day as well.
NOTE: This year, parents and students will enter the high school ONLY through the double doors located on the Freshman Academy wing which is located near the semi-circular parking area on the side of the high school. Handicap parking will be located in the semi-circular parking area this year.
Those parents wishing to complete the necessary paperwork prior to August 4 may go to the District’s website at www.lex3.org and then go to the top of the home page to “Student Enrollment” and then to “Enrollment Forms” to download the forms. By completing this paperwork prior to coming to B-L High on August 4, the registration time will be minimal.
Returning students/parents who are unable to attend the Fee Collection/Schedule Pick Up Day on August 4th will need to go to their respective schools beginning on Tuesday, August 9th to pay fees and pick up their class schedules. Office hours at the schools are 8 a.m. until 4:30 p.m.
Parents/students who have moved during the summer months are reminded that they will need to bring Proof of Residency with them on August 4. If they moved within the district, they only need to bring a utility bill or tax bill on their home in the parent/guardian’s name so that district personnel can make a copy of the bill for school files.
