B-L Girls on the Run has another successful year

Batesburg-Leesville, SC - The Batesburg-Leesville Elementary School Girls on the Run program, consisting of 19 girls and four coaches, had a great season and ended it with a 5K run on November 5th.
Girls participating in the program included: Sawyer, Merideth, Hope, Jessie, Claire, Jamie,
Claire, Caroline, Ava, Savannah, Addie, Alanna K'Yona, Maddox, Laiken, Isabella, Zoe, Aubrey, and Caleigh. Coaches for this year’s group included: Meredith Barfield, Brianna Smith, Michelle Smith and Brandee Quarles.
Girls on the Run has evolved from a grass-roots concept to an international organization, the heart of the program is the same: inspiring girls to celebrate their unique identities, recognize their inner strength, understand the power they have to make individual decisions and value their connectedness with others.
The core values of the Girls on the Run program are:
