Triangle Pharmacy in West Columbia robbed at gunpoint last Friday

West Columbia, SC (Paul Kirby) Triangle Pharmacy in West Columbia was held up last Friday by a man who presented a gun. He made off with drugs that included Adderall, a stimulant used to treat ADHD, and painkillers.

According to Assistant Chief Scott Morrison of the West Columbia Police Department, a man walked into the store, presented a handgun and stole the drugs. The gun was later found discarded behind the store. Officers determined that it was a BB gun that had the appearance of an actual firearm.

Morrison said that the suspect was not on video while in the store. He is described as a white male, approximately 6’ to 6’2” tall, and weighed about 180 pounds. He was wearing khaki pants and a gray hoodie during the robbery.
