Seminar Sessions at B-L Middle School for parents of Lexington 3 students
9:00 am (two sessions available)
Back to School Basics—This seminar will provide parents with common sense tips and research-based approaches that explain how children learn and ways to best prepare them to learn so that this can be the best school year ever!
Keys to Success in Middle School—This session will examine the social and academic aspects of school. Parents will learn how they can help students achieve academic success by setting a strong foundation in the key areas of communication, organization and routines.

Internet Safety & Cyber Bullying—This workshop focuses on internet safety and ways that parents can keep their children’s internet experience safe.
The Importance of Reading—This session will include discussion about the building blocks of reading and activities that parents can do with children to help them build their reading skills.
