Woman killed when car rolls over her identified

Lexington, SC - Coroner Margaret Fisher has identified the individual who died as a result of being rolled over by a vehicle on Murrayhill Circle at approximately 4:00 p.m. on August 7, 2017. According to Coroner Fisher, Ms. Pearlie Mae Wilbur, 84, of Columbia was pronounced dead at an area hospital due to blunt force injuries sustained in the incident. The vehicle rolled over Ms. Wilbur in her driveway. The incident remains under investigation by the Lexington County Sheriff's Department.
