Chapin, SC - On Thursday, November 2nd at 6:30 pm, the incumbent mayor of the town of Chapin says that he will square off against his opponents Shayla Flores & David Knight in a mayoral debate. The debate will take place at the Tipsy Toad Tavern on 103 Beaufort St. (http://www.thetipsytoad.com/)
Paul Kirby of the Lexington Ledger (https://www.swlexledger.com/home) will moderate and will keep the questions to topics that the Chapin Mayor can directly influence. Those topics are: Public Safety, Finances, Utilities, & Quality of Life.
