Red Bank, SC (Paul Kirby) - Southern Visions Real Estate announced Wednesday that they have completed the land closing with Aldi, LLC for the property that the grocer's new Red Bank location will be built on. The Ledger told you several months ago that the store was coming to the area.
The sale of 2.82 acres is located at Platt Springs Road near the entrance to Lowes and the Wal-Mart. Southern Visions’ representative said the final cost of the land was $1,755,000. Southern Visions said by e-mail that they were excited to be a part of this transaction.
This brings another grocer to the area that already has a Wal-Mart Super Center and a Food Lion. A Publix is under construction right now within a few hundred yards of the Aldi’s location.

Securing land for an Aldi store in Red Bank is a positive move for the community, bringing more convenient shopping options and potential economic growth to the area. Land sales like this show the importance of strategic property investments in developing neighborhoods.
