Mr. D’s restaurant building sold to holding company

Lexington, SC (Paul Kirby) - The building that most recently housed Mr. D’s restaurant, a high-end steakhouse formerly managed by Lexington’s Mayor Steve McDougal, recently was sold to a Lexington dentist by way of a holding company. According to a press release distributed by Southern Visions Real Estate, the sale of a 7,500-square foot former restaurant located at 938 North Lake Drive in Lexington, has now been finalized.

Southern Visions Sales Associate Rhett Kelly represented the seller, Royalty Properties LLC, in the transaction. The building was purchased by Krish Investment Holdings, LLC for what they described as an, “undisclosed future use.”
