Lexington PD looking for man who shoplifted from a local convenience store

Lexington, PD (Paul Kirby) – Investigators with the Lexington Police Department are hoping to find the identity of a man who shoplifted some items from a Sunoco convenience store in the town. He walked in, loaded his arms down with chips, Gatorade, Mt. Dew, and other items and then walked out. He returned to a nearby Woodsprings Suites hotel where he was thought to be staying.

Please take a close look at this man. He has on a ballcap with a shaped brim and a distinct logo. He is also wearing a camouflage jacket or hoodie and what looks like blue jeans. He appears to be a thin Caucasian man who might be between 25 and 35 years of age.

If you have any idea who he is, please contact Detective Kenneth Heath with any information at 803-951-4642.
