Red Bank, SC (Paul Kirby) – A 26-year-old man was shot Friday evening in an area off Platt Springs Road resulting in his death. This all occurred at approximately 8:00 P.M. on September 7, 2018 in the 1100 block of Kenneth Drive which is in Red Bank near the Village Store
According to Fisher, Edward Douglas Reaves, 26, of Lexington was pronounced dead at the scene due to an apparent gunshot wound to the upper body. The investigation by the Lexington County Sheriff’s Department is ongoing.
