Swansea Police Department looking for man wanted on driving under suspension charge

Swansea, SC - (Paul Kirby) – The Swansea Police Department is looking for a man they say was driving with his license suspended for the third time. Richard Brian Bair is a 53-year old white male that is approximately 6’ 2” tall. He is believed to weigh about 200 pounds and have grey hair and brown eyes.
