Swansea officer get their man with help from neighboring department

March 26, 2019

Swansea, SC (Paul Kirby) - A Gaston man that had been wanted by the Swansea Police Department was recently taken into custody after being nabbed by officers with the Town of North, SC Police Department. Bill Daddezio was arrested on March 19, 2019 by the North police officers. A records check revealed that he was wanted for Petty Larceny for stealing a purse and Driving Under Suspension in Swansea. He was turned over to Swansea Police Department who booked him into the jail on the charges.

Swansea’s Police Chief Clif Hayes has always maintained that working with the other small-town police departments around the area is key to making the community safe for the law-abiding people who just want to enjoy the wonderful areas like Swansea. Working as one with North, Gaston, Pelion, and other police departments has always been key to taking many law breakers off the street that would endanger the lives and property of the innocent.
