Chapin Police Department host Coffee with a Cop Wednesday

Chapin, SC (Paul Kirby) – The Chapin Police Department is hosting a Coffee with a Cop event today, Wednesday May 15, 2019 from 9 until 11:00 a.m. at the Hardees on Chapin Road. Everyone is invited to attend and come meet with members of the department. This gives the community an opportunity to interact with them about issues that face the town and the Police Department.

Coffee with a Cop is a nationally recognized program with over 2000 participating communities. It helps to establish better communication between police officers and the public, establish trust and transparency and to build positive relationships in an informal setting.
