Chapin, SC (Paul Kirby) – The Chapin Police Department is investigating a hit and run that occurred during the nighttime hours of September 20, 2019. This collision occurred in the 200 block of Woodthrush Road in the Town of Chapin.
Officers think that after the crash, someone in the vehicle seen in the attached video came to a point near the accident scene and picked up the suspect who was driving the wrecked vehicle.
