West Columbia, SC - Magnus Development Partners has been chosen as the Master Developer for property surrounding the Columbia Metropolitan Airport. According to the developer, Magnus will work with CAE to determine the highest and best use for each property and create development plans for the available land parcels. Each parcel offers unique features based on its size, configuration, location, and zoning therefore catering to different business and project needs.
The strategic location of the property brings the potential for many types of developments. These include industrial, aviation, flex, hotel and commercial developments.
