Lexington Two to continue making meals available for students through Spring Break

West Columbia, S.C. -- Lexington Two will provide free breakfast and lunch brown bag meals daily during spring break week, April 6-10, at four school sites.

Bus delivery of meals will not be offered during spring break week. It will resume the week of April 13.

Meals will be distributed 11am-1pm Monday-Friday to youth ages 18 and younger at the school sites. The student must be present to receive the meal; if he/she is not present, the adult must present a student ID to identify that there is a school age child in the household eligible to participate.

The four school sites are:

Airport High: 1315 Boston Ave.

Cayce Elementary: 515 Bulldog Blvd.

Riverbank: 160 Cougar Drive

Wood: 737 Pine Ridge Drive

In addition to school site options, Turner AME Church also will be providing a lunch and snack from 12 p.m.-1 p.m. Monday-Friday. The church is at 1122 Monticello Road.

By order of Gov. Henry McMaster, Lexington Two schools and offices will remain closed at least until April 30.
