Arts Festival coming to Batesburg-Leesville

Batesburg-Leesville, SC 10/08/2021 (Paul Kirby) - The Batesburg-Leesville Chamber of Commerce and the Arts on the Ridge (501-C3) organization is planning its first “Fall For The Arts” Festival on October 17th. This is a showcase of local artisans presenting and performing their crafts.


The featured performer for the festival will be Cody Webb. Cody is a singer, songwriter, and musician that is from Saluda County and has played hundreds of dates across the country, earning thousands of fans with his keen vocals and distinctive guitar skills. He’s the Musical Brand Ambassador for the Capital City Lake Murray Country Regional Tourism District and recorded his popular music video Jon Boat on Lake Murray. (Click to see Jon Boat on YouTube)

Beside Cody Webb, there will be an additional 30 artisans in attendance performing in various ways. Many will be displaying handmade crafts that you can purchase. There will also be two book signings during the event.


This festival will be held on Oak Street in the Batesburg Business District on October 17, 2021, beginning at 4:00 p.m. The fun will continue until 7:00 p.m. All attendees are encouraged to bring a lawn chair and there are no personal coolers allowed. There will be plenty of food trucks there so you can buy your own food and drinks to enjoy.
