South Congaree, SC 01/03/2024 (Paul Kirby) – The Town of South Congaree Police Department is in the process of investigating an armed robbery at the POPS 76 gas station and convenience store off Main Street at Pine Street in the town. This happened on Tuesday morning before lunch.
According to the police, the store was robbed by a black male who originally left the store on foot. Police now believe that he got into a green Chevrolet Impala and fled the area.
