Walmart bandits don't spare Batesburg-Leesville store either

Batesburg-Leesville, SC (Paul Kirby) - When it comes to stealing from Walmart, people seem to have made it an everyday occurrence. For some reason, they don't think it hurts anyone other than a big, rich corporation. In fact, it hurts us all.

The couple in the attached picture recently went into the Walmart in Batesburg- Leesville and took a number of items. Then, they left the store without paying for any of them.

The man has a large number of tattoos on what appears to be his right arm. They extend down to his forearm so they will be impossible to hide if he continues to go out in short sleeves. Are those stains like painters or drywall workers have on the pants he’s wearing? They sure are driving a nice, late model pickup truck. It looks like a work truck. Maybe that’s stolen too.

When people do this it just makes what everyone else pays at the store more expensive. Stores call stealing inventory shrinkage and they figure that into their margins when deciding what to charge. It hurts all of our bottom lines.

Please look at the photograph closely. If you have any idea who these two are, please contact the Batesburg-Leesville Police Department at (803) 532-4408.
