Lexington, SC - The South Carolina Department of Transportation (SCDOT) proposes replacing the existing US 1 (Augusta Road) bridge over I-20 located in Lexington County. A project study area (PSA) has been established, based on preliminary concepts, to encompass all potential impacts of the project. The purpose of the project is to correct structural deficiencies at the US 1 bridge over I-20 and to improve operations of the interchange.
