Lexington Teen Identified in Fatal Collision

Lexington, SC - Lexington County Coroner Margaret Fisher has identified the individual who was involved in an automobile accident at approximately 7:20 PM on Friday, September 23, 2016, on Augusta Highway (Highway 1) in Lexington, SC, as Taylor Renee Kizer, age 17, of Lexington SC.

Ms. Kizer was not wearing a seatbelt and was transported to an area hospital, where she later died. An autopsy will be performed today.

The accident remains under investigation by the Lexington County Coroner’s Office and the South Carolina Highway Patrol.
