Domestic dispute causes commotion in Red Bank on Sunday night


Red Bank, SC – A domestic dispute that occurred on David Lane in Red Bank caused quite a commotion for the community Sunday night. Several patrol cars and an ambulance with their lights flashing drew attention as they were parked alongside South Lake Drive near the fire station.

According to Captain Adam Myrick of the Lexington County Sheriff’s Office, deputies were dispatched to a domestic dispute in that area. Apparently, one of the individuals involved in the dispute struggled with the deputy, causing that officer to request additional backup. The ambulance was requested to treat someone who was injured during the altercation. The sheriff’s department did not reveal exactly who had been hurt in that incident.
