Lexington, SC (March 24, 2017) – The Lexington Police Department is seeking the public’s assistance in locating 32 year old Brittany Lynn Johnson of Blythewood.

At approximately 8:30 p.m. on Tuesday, March 14, 2017, Brittany Lynn Johnson entered Kohls, which is located at 5440 Sunset Blvd., and while in the store placed multiple items of clothing into a bag that she had brought with her.

Brittany Lynn Johnson then walked out of the business and into the parking lot without paying for the items taken.

When approached by a Kohls employee, who asked her to return inside the store, Brittany Lynn Johnson assaulted the employee by punching her in the face. Brittany Lynn Johnson then grabbed the Kohls employee’s purse and got into a silver in color sedan fleeing from the scene.

The Lexington Police Department currently has arrest warrants for Brittany Lynn Johnson for the charges of Strong Arm Robbery and Shoplifting.
