B-L Chamber and Midlands Technical College recognize top 10% of B-L High seniors

Batesburg-Leesville Chamber of Commerce and Midlands’s Technical College of Batesburg-Leesville recognized the top 10 percent of the B-L Class of 2016 during the Chamber’s monthly meeting on April 27 at Shealy’s BBQ.

Chamber president Mike Taylor offered congratulations to the graduates and their families and told the students how proud their community is of their accomplishments. Suzanne Lee, Program Coordinator for Midlands Technical College and Shatiema Stephens, MTC admission counselor, presented each of the graduates with a letter from Midlands Tech president Dr. Dr. Ron Rhames and a gift.

B-L High 2017 graduates honored included: Briana Bedenbaugh, Cameron Bedenbaugh, Kirkland Burkett, Helena Burton, Kirkland Dukes, Parker Eargle, Roman Mulkey, Arie Catherine O’Dell, Sydnee Patrick, Josh Scruggs, Mariah Swygert, Brittany Temples and Glenn Williams.

The top 10 percent of the Batesburg-Leesville High School Class of 2017 was recognized by the B-L Chamber and Midlands Technical College during the Chamber’s April meeting.
