RELAY FOR LIFE – CHICK-FIL-A EVENTS & YETI HOPPER RAFFLE
Lexington, SC - The Lexington Police Department has begun fundraising efforts towards their Relay For Life goal of $3,000 to support the American Cancer Society. These fundraising events include two days at Chick-fil-A this week along with the raffle of a Yeti Hopper 30 cooler which was donated by Carolina Turfgrass and Landscape Supply in Lexington.
On Wednesday, May 17, 2017, the Lexington Police Department will be at the Chick-fil-A Saluda Pointe located at 4295 Sunset Blvd. from 6:00 a.m. until 2:00 p.m.
On Tuesday, May 18, 2017, the Lexington Police Department will be at the Chick-fil-A of Lexington located at 5560 Sunset Blvd. from 6:00 a.m. until 2:00 p.m.
During these events officers will be collecting donations of cash or checks both inside the store and in the drive thru lane area. Chick-fil-A will be giving away complimentary treat cards to use at a later visit for those who make a donation to the Lexington Police Department Relay For Life team.
Officers will be selling Relay For Life raffle tickets for a YETI Hopper 30 soft sided cooler which has a retail value of $350.00. Raffle tickets are $10 each with a total of 200 to be sold. The winner of the YETI Hopper 30 will be chosen by random drawing during the Relay For Life event at the Lexington High School on Friday, May 19, 2017. The winner does not have to be present to win.
Yeti Hopper raffle tickets can be purchased during each Chick-fil-A event, at the Lexington Police Department which is located at 111 Maiden Lane in Lexington, as well as at the Relay For Life event on Friday, May 19, 2017 at the Lexington High School.
