B-L Primary Raises Over $5,000 During Relay for Life Campaign

Batesburg-Leesville, SC - Batesburg-Leesville Primary School students have raised over $5,000 in their annual Relay for Life campaign. Throughout the campaign, students, faculty and staff have brought donations to school in order to support this worthwhile cause. On Wednesday, April 26, first graders participated in the Mini Relay for Life event where they enjoyed playing games, walking laps and honoring their school’s faculty and staff members who have had cancer. This year’s honoree was Mrs. Gail Davidison, a first grade teacher at B-L Primary for 38 years.Thanks to all who made donations to this year’s B-L Primary’s Relay for Life and special thanks to Mrs. Dee Stewart, B-L Primary’s Media Assistant, for her coordination of this event.
