Deputies seeking to identify possible burglars who struck near Gaston

Gaston, S.C. (Paul Kirby) Deputies with the Lexington County Sheriff's Department are asking the public for assistance in identifying two men who they believe may have burglarized a home near Gaston.

According to the sheriff’s department’s social media site, just before 10:30 a.m. on June 16, the two men knocked on the door of a home on Daybreak Drive between Pine Ridge and Gaston.

The two men left after no one answered the door. Minutes later the home was burglarized. Both electronics and a firearm were reported to have been taken from the home.
