New San Jose Mexican restaurant coming to the Springdale area

Springdale, SC (Paul Kirby) – A new San Jose Mexican restaurant will soon open in the small strip shopping center behind Bojangle’s at Platt Springs and Wattling Roads near Springdale. This is very close to the Time Warner / Spectrum building, DHL, and in the same shopping center as Privilege Pharmacy of Springdale.

According to Harrison Cayhill, spokesman for Lexington County, the permits necessary for the business to locate there were issued by Lexington County on July 3, 2017. Renovations to the building have already begun, but no opening date has been released as of yet. According to the permits, the size of the suite is approximately 1400 square feet, and is expected to seat a maximum of 40 diners or less.

San Jose is a popular chain of eateries across the Midlands with stores in multiple communities. Their menu features a Tex-Mex mix and are family friendly.
