West Columbia, SC - The SC Moon Fest is a Mid-Autumn Festival sponsored by East Point Academy and is similar to those celebrated in Asia. It's the second largest holiday behind the Chinese New Year in China.
This street festival will feature craft vendors, food trucks, a game and craft area for the kids, stage performances with an authentic Asian flair including lanterns and a traditional Dragon Dance.
East Point Academy would like to ask the community to join them Friday, October 6th from 6 pm until 9 pm at 1401 Leaphart Street in West Columbia. Everyone is welcome, admission is free. Unlimited kids games and craft area wristband is $10.
