Wessinger Farms construction underway near St. Thomas Church in Chapin area
Chapin, SC (Paul Kirby) – Wessinger Farms, another residential subdivision that is currently under construction on St. Thomas Church Road near the intersection of Wessinger Road south of the town of Chapin, is quickly becoming a reality. This new neighborhood will feature 177 single family lots for more of the new families who are flocking to the area for its quality of life, great schools, and recreational amenities.
Each lot in the development will be approximately 1/10th of an acre. There is room for the construction of an amenities center in the community as well. The site developer is Wessinger Farms, LLC of Columbia and the homes will be constructed by Fortress Builders.
Fortress Builders, and their sister company Eastwood Homes, who builds homes in Charlotte, Raleigh, Charleston, Greenville, the Triad-Area of North Carolina, as well as Richmond, Virginia, is known for constructing smart homes. They also go to great lengths to make their homes energy efficient.
Many of their smart homes feature the Honeywell Tuxedo Touch. That's the latest in-home automation. With a high-resolution graphic touchscreen, the Tuxedo Touch is the easiest way to control your home's lighting, security system, and thermostats. You can combine this with a mobile app that will enable you to monitor and control your home from anywhere at any time!
Most homes will be in the range of 3,200 sq. feet, and can include 5 bedrooms and a bonus loft, or a sixth bedroom for a larger family. This would be great for folks who have a need for space for frequent stay over guest, in-laws, or a home-based office.
Currently, the site work is underway, and some home construction could begin shortly. Even though none of the homes are completed yet, you can get more information about the homes that will be available in Wessinger Farms by contacting John Nichols, the sales manager for Fortress Homes, at email@example.com.
