Irmo, SC (Paul Kirby) On Halloween night at around 7:30 p..m., a resident near the 300 block of Rushing Wind Drive in the Old Friarsgate subdivision was handing out candy to children when he were approached by a group of four teenagers. The group were in costume, dressed up as Michael Jackson, Jason, and other Halloween characters.
