Springdale citizens confident in their current leadership

Springdale, SC (Paul Kirby) – The town of Springdale must be confident in their leadership team as all were easily swept back in for another four years. The one challenger for a council seat decided against the run before election day, but because her name was on the ballot, she did receive a few votes.

First term Mayor Michael Bishop was returned to office without opposition. The three long term councilmembers, Juston Ricard received 67 votes as did his close friend and colleague Jacob Wilkerson. Kevin Reeley, who has also been on that council for years, won easily with 63 votes.

Bishop and the council have developed a vision for the small town of Springdale and they are working tirelessly and at warp speed to get things done. Watch for great things here over the next four years.
