Former Springdale Public Works Director charged with exploitation of a minor after disseminating chi

Springdale, SC (Paul Kirby) Springdale’s former public works director has been charged with exploiting a minor by dissemination of child pornography. He was arrested after an investigation by South Carolina Attorney General Alan Wilson’s Office. They were aided by investigators with the Lexington County Sheriff's Department.

Officers made the arrest on December 6th. Investigators say Joshua William St. Martin Ancik, 32, of Lexington, was been charged with one count in the case. The second-degree charge is a felony punishable by up to 10 years in prison.
