Video catches thieves who stole propane from outside a store near Swansea

Swansea, SC (Paul Kirby) – A couple is wanted after they got caught by a store’s video system stealing propane from a rack outside the business. This happened in Swansea a few weeks ago at a Shell station on Hwy. 21.

The couple first pulls up and the woman gets out. She walks with a noticeable limp. She first takes cigarette butts from the receptacle outside the store before checking the paper box to see if she could open it. She then goes on to the rack where the propane is stored outside, and she steals from that.

The man that she is with is also caught on the cameras, but he’s much more discreet and doesn’t really step into full view often. He has a distinctive trim on a vest he’s wearing, and his jean's knees are heavily ripped at the knees. The couple are driving a mini-van.
