Irmo PD investigating TD Bank robbery that happened Saturday

Irmo, SC - The Irmo Police Department is investigating a bank robbery that took place Saturday at approximately 12:50 pm at the TD Bank located at 1265 Lake Murray Boulevard. Witnesses described two black males who entered the bank armed with handguns. The robbers demanded money from the bank and left in a grey 4-door vehicle just before the bank was to close for the day. No one was hurt during the incident.

Investigators are working on more details and believe that the robbers have left the area in the vehicle pictured below. The robbers got away with an undisclosed amount of money.
