Gaston Crime Watch group reorganized and meeting again
Gaston, SC (Paul Kirby) The Gaston Crime Watch has re-organized and is back up and running again after taking a short break. According to Andrea Hallman, one of the leaders of the Crime Watch, the group is building its membership back up in an effort to partner with the police and be the eyes and ears of law enforcement in the Gaston area.
Hallman says that the group is once again meeting on the 3rd Thursday of each month starting at 7 p.m. They are meeting in the Collard Kitchen behind the town hall at 131 N Carlisle St in Gaston, SC. Each meeting begins with a meal and there’s usually a speaker or a guest that addresses the group.
