Cullum’s challenger throws in the towel

Lexington, SC (Paul Kirby) Todd Cullum easily retained his county council seat while his challenger Jerry Sanders threw in the towel early in the race telling Cullum some time ago he had changed his mind about challenging him. Cullum serves the people of Cayce, a portion of West Columbia, Pine Ridge, and a small section of the South Congaree area.

Cullum is a businessman and Sanders owns rental property around the area. Sanders never seemed very committed to the run and quickly decided against the cahllenge to concentrate on his personal life and business.
