Female teen now charged in Cayce robberies as well

Cayce, SC - Tuesday, the Cayce Department of Public Safety made an arrest in reference to the armed robbery that occurred on June 27, 2018 at the Waffle House located at 1837 Airport Blvd.

Based on the investigation, De’Avian Deanne Young, the teen who has been charged with the robbery of two convenience stores by the Lexington County Sheriff's Department, was also charged with Armed Robbery, Criminal Conspiracy, and two counts of Kidnapping in the Cayce hesit. Young appeared in Lexington County Bond Court and bond has been denied at this time.

The investigation is still ongoing and any information about the remaining suspects should be forwarded to the Cayce Department of Public Safety or Crime Stoppers at 1-888-CRIME-SC.
