Coroner identifies victim of Nazareth Road fatal crash

Lexington, SC (Paul Kirby) – Lexington County Coroner Margaret Fisher has identified the person who was killed early Friday morning in a vehicle collision in Red Bank. Fisher said that Brian Patrick Orazen, 45, of Lexington was pronounced dead at the scene due to multiple traumatic injuries. Orazen was trapped in his car and firefighters had to use extrication equipment to remove him from his vehicle.

Orazen was in a 2015 Jeep Wrangler when a Dodge pickup crossed over the center line of the road and struck his vehicle head on. The driver of the Dodge was transported to a local hospital with serious injuries. The SCHP is still investigating that collision.
