Swansea police officers seeking vandals who damaged park bench, fence, and streets in town

Swansea, SC (Paul Kirby) – The Swansea Police Department is asking the public for help in identifying whoever is responsible for vandalizing the Swansea town park. Police believe that the same people also damaged a fence and even the street in front of home at a residence on North Brecon Avenue.

According to Swansea Police Chief Cliff Hayes, someone used purple, gold, and orange spray paint to damage the benches and other items. Police believe that the paint may have been taken from Swansea High School and that the suspect(s) are most likely in their teens.
