Town of Lexington celebrates SC Arbor Day with tree planting

Lexington, SC - The Town of Lexington will celebrate South Carolina Arbor Day on Friday, December 7, 2018 at 3pm with the planting of a Red Oak at the corner of Maiden Lane and South Church Street, to continue the beautification enhancements of the One-Way Pair Project.

South Carolina Arbor Day has been held annually since 1934 and helps mark the beginning of planting season in the Palmetto State.
