South Congaree, SC (Paul Kirby) – Law enforcement officers and a local small business need your help to identify someone who stole materials from their yard. Their video system caught the thieves on the property that is headquarters to Dirt Cheap construction company at least four times Monday, January 21, 2019. This all occurred between 6:43 a.m. & 7:36 a.m. In one of the videos you can see one of the thieves loading two pieces of diamond plate metal into the back of what appears to be a Chevrolet Blazer or Tahoe. The owners of the business are offering a cash reward for any information that leads to the arrest of the suspects.
