Red Bank, SC (Paul Kirby) – A single-wide mobile home was damaged by a small fire in the 1100 block of Two Notch Road early Monday night. The call, which was dispatched around 7:30 p.m., had fire trucks and personnel responding from multiple county fire stations across the area. When the first fire resources arrived, they reported there was smoke coming from the mobile home.

The fire was quickly extinguished and some of the other responding units were either staged out on Two Notch Road or released to return to their stations. After making sure that the fire was completely out, all Lexington County Fire Service personnel left the scene and returned to their stations. According to Harrison Cahill, a spokesman for Lexington County, no one was injured as a result of the mobile home fire.
