Representative Toole’s health greatly improved after prayers and excellent care

South Congaree, SC (Paul Kirby) – Representative Mac Toole, who represents the people of SC House District 88, has seen a miraculous improvement in his health since last week. He was being treated in intensive care after a sudden onset illness. Toole’s district includes South Congaree, Pine Ridge, some areas north of Gaston, parts of Red Bank, and up to Augusta Road and I-20.

According to Linda, his wife of 50-years, Toole had been in intensive care fighting a medical condition that came on rather suddenly. “God has answered the prayers of all of us and we have truly seen miracles and the hand of God on Mac over the past week,” Linda said. “The love and support of the community has been absolutely overwhelming. The people of House District 88 have truly shown they love Mac and we want them to know that their prayers have worked and how much we appreciate everyone’s support.”

Linda said that Mac is now in a regular room and being treated by a great medical team. Although he’s tired, he’s in good spirits and ready to get back to the state house working for the people of his district. She said that although he is still being treated with medication that requires an IV, the family hopes that he will be able to come home very soon. “Our family just wants the entire community to know how much we appreciate all their words of encouragement and most especially their prayers. We know that those have been the main reason we have seen such a wonderful improvement so quickly.”
