The Lexington County Blowfish honor Lady Wildcats State Champion Softball team in a unique way on O

Lexington, SC - Two-time All State pitcher, and University of Arkansas commit, Allie Light will pitch against a Blowfish hitter during the Opening Night game Thursday evening at The Lex! Allie was one of the major reasons that the Lexington Wildcats brought home their first state title since 2001.

A Blowfish hitter will face off against her and try to do what so many across the state have been unable to do.....Make solid contact against an Allie Light pitch. Catching for Allie will be her all state catcher and teammate Sara Gordon.

Earlier in the week, Blowfish General Manager Theo Bacot remarked, "This is an amazing opportunity to see something unique. Allie, and the entire Wildcats softball team, have made us so proud. " Bacot went on to say that seeing Allie throw a pitch and go one-on-one against a Blowfish at Lexington County Baseball Stadium is a moment fans will remember for quite some time.
