Lexington County, SC (Paul Kirby) – The Lexington County Sheriff’s Department is asking the public for their help in locating several suspects who were involved in two separate cases. The citizens of the area have been a great fugitive apprehension team for the department in the past and have also provided lots of tips that have led to the apprehension of many suspects. The eyes of thousands of residents supplement the investigative skills of the sheriff’s department to close cases of all types.
In these two latest cases, detectives need your help with any information leading to the identification or whereabouts of a suspected thief. He’s a person of interest in the theft of more than $3,000 worth of equipment from an All American Heating & Air service truck parked in Red Bank on June 2nd. He was caught on video lurking around in the night.
The second case involves two men and a distinctive purple and gray pickup. The men and the vehicle of interest are related to a larceny in the 6200 block of Saint Andrews Road. They were also clearly caught on video surveillance which should be a tip to potential thieves. You’re on camera thousands of times a day in America so please, don’t even think about it; get a job!
