Woman arrested after methamphetamine found in her bedroom

Red Bank, SC (Paul Kirby) – Deputies have arrested a Red Bank woman after they found methamphetamine in her bedroom. Simonee Chantell Alberti, 49, is charged with possession with intent to distribute meth. This is considered her second offense due to the fact that she had been charged and convicted of drug possession before.

Agents followed up on a tip they received from the community about a home in the 1000 block of Lawrence Drive. According to Sheriff Koon, Alberti was in the home and the agents found meth, bags for selling the drugs, and scales for weighing it in a shopping bag she had. Alberti was arrested without incident.
