Cayce, SC (Paul Kirby) – The Cayce Department of Public Safety is in the early stages of an investigation into a shooting. A spokesman for the department said that two residents of the Fountains of Edenwood apartments were being treated for gunshot wounds at a local hospital. The Fountains at Edenwood is on North Eden Drive in the heart of Cayce.
Investigators were on the scene early Thursday morning. There were also crime scene technicians there processing evidence. They are in the early stages of the investigation and have not released any additional information.
