Cayce, SC (Paul Kirby) - The Cayce Department of Public Safety is hoping the community can help identify several subjects that were caught on a retail establishment’s surveillance system recently. The subjects were involved in a fraud case in the 1300 block of Knox Abbott Drive in Cayce.
In the video, the two men are stopped at some gas pumps. They are riding in a white, 4-door, late model car. Both exit the vehicle, go inside the store, and later leave in the same car. Both are black males that appear to be in their 20s. One has a very light complexion while the other’s is much darker. Both have goatees and one of them has dreadlocks in his hair which are put up on the side in a unique fashion.
