Gaston, SC (Paul Kirby) – Lexington County sheriff’s deputies have arrested a Gaston man last week after the smell of marijuana was detected coming from a mobile home on Charleston Highway. They have charged him with distributing marijuana and unlawful neglect of a child.
According to Sheriff Koon, Datrell Alanzo Graham has been arrested after the deputies found more than 28 grams but less than 10 pounds of marijuana in his home. They also confiscated scales, baggies for separating the drugs, cash, and guns the sheriff said. “Because he was using drugs in front of two children and allowing them to be in the area where marijuana was stored or sold, deputies charged Graham with child neglect,” Sheriff Koon explained.
Graham was taken into custody by the deputies without incident. He was booked into the Lexington County Detention Center.
